movie

    30以前没看过几部电影，都是30多了看的，现在一般人是不能有我看过的电影多。

    每个人的品味不同，萝卜白菜各有所爱；即使同一个人，不同年龄段喜欢的题材也不会相同。20出头时
喜欢动作片科幻片，现在科幻的基本不看，动作的喜欢的也很少，不在乎主角长相，只关注整体情节好的。

    喜欢西部片和黑帮片，贴近现实。
    王家卫的爱情系列，杜琪峰的黑社会系列，港片的精华。
    大陆，喜欢贾樟柯的电影。非常贴近底层生活，和纪录片差不多。
    想看战争场面的，那85年以前的就不用看了，首先音效就不行。
    
    目前有5位导演的风格很喜欢，他们导的片我都要看看：
    Coen brothers、Quentin Tarantino、北野武、杜琪峰、王家卫

    好片最多的地方还得是 Hollywood，确实是世界电影中心。创新是很难的，发现很多近10多年的好片的
情节在 30，40，50 年代的老片里都有过。老片的演员要有真功夫，表演和打斗没有特技，真实好看。

1940年代，Iron Curtain 刚刚降下，它能掩盖凡人的视野，却掩盖不住 George Orwell 的思考，用倒叙的
方式来表达 past future present 的关系，清晰而又深刻。理解这句话的人都不会是随波逐流的市侩，而只
有长期在现实中感同身受的人才能理解这句话。

Henry从小就入黑道，一直很风光，直到他和几个哥们截获了一笔巨款。小头目Jimmy为了独占money陆续除掉
了几个同伙，同时Henry陷入了警察的追踪。Henry此时即没钱又面临Jimmy的灭口还可能有牢狱之灾。Jimmy
已经做掉了好几个同伙，这时Jimmy约Henry吃饭，这让Henry惶恐万分，一边去饭馆一边解说了上面这段话。

蝗虫欺负蚂蚁，蚂蚁就用树叶做了个鸟吓蝗虫，蝗虫被吓的到处乱撞，这时树叶着火了，蝗虫知道上当，蝗
虫的头目就重新回到蚂蚁堆中训了上面的话。这次说话没有了以前的蛮横，苦口婆心的，惟妙惟肖的，应该
是来自中国的蝗虫：）美国的教育体制，从小就告诉孩子要有自己的idea，要学会独立思考。相反有的国家
从小就给小孩洗脑，生怕他们有自己的idea，但等长大了却能产生数量上世界第一的paper，有着全世界数

1928年一个真实的事件。女主角丢了9岁的孩子，L.A.P.D 警察找了另外一个孩子给她，对新闻界宣称丢掉的
孩子已经被警察找到了。女主角却坚持说那根本不是他的孩子，但警界非常腐败，警长为了保住自己的名誉，
用各种手段强迫女主角承认，女主角当然不会承认。警长就下令把女主角关进了精神病院，在里面受尽了折
磨。后来市民大规模抗议，新闻界施压，良心律师出来为女主角打官司，在法院的主持下，案情终于水落石
出，法官宣读了几条审判结果，大快人心。上面是第二条，说要弥补法律的缺陷。

从这可以看出司法独立的重要性，有独立的司法才会有社会的正义。看完不禁让人后怕：如果司法界的法官
隶属于警察局长，那女主角永无昭雪之日了！在三权分立的体制下，别说和现在的美国比，就是80多年前的
美国相对来说也是那么的有正气。
